They were able to get it out completely, much to our surprise 😮. Their technicians were polite, helpful, and professional. Will definitely call them when our next carpet disaster hits!Posted on GoogleTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. DJ stripped the hardwood floors in my mom’s house. She had been putting wax on them for years, so it took a lot of work and solution to clean them up. They look fabulous! I highly recommend this business!Posted on GoogleTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. They were on time and did a great job. They made sure to protect all the corners of each room from any damage with their equipment. I had a spill of a very dark pigmented supplement that looked impossible to remove. 116 arrived on a holiday weekend-no questions asked ,and came and took care of the problem immediately. The room needing treated was in a baby nursery and they assured me that they used toxic free products. Being autoimmune, I could tell right away that the products were safe as it did not affect my system. Thanks again, 116 EXTREME!Posted on GoogleTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. We had a very pleasant experience with 116 Extreme Clean. They did a great job on cleaning our carpets. We had significant pet stains in multiple areas. DJ explained our options and what to expect with each. We are very satisfied with the results.
